
If it's still under warranty, I would suggest the manufacture because chances are you won't have to pay one single red cent in order to send it in or have it fixed. Usually when contacting the manufacture they will send you a pre-paid envelope so you can place your watch in the package. Be sure that you actually call the manufacture and let them know what the problem is and that you are sending it in for repair! Once they receive the watch and your phone call letting them know you sent it, it will probably take them anywhere from a few days to a few weeks to fix the watch depending on what is wrong with it and how much work they have in front of you!
Once the watch is fixed, or if it cannot be fixed and they need to send you a new one they will do so in the original packaging you received when you first bought the watch. This can be done with ANY watch. It doesn't matter if it's a Cartier Santos 100 or a Techno Marine!
