What Is The Difference Between Fine Watches And Regular Watches?

The answer to this question is really quite easy when you begin to understand how watches are made! First off a fine watch is going to probably be made from a Swiss or German manufacture like that of the Cartier Santos 100 or the Charriol watches. These are made from the finest of textiles and materials such as stainless steel, leather bands, diamonds, sapphire cases and glass, etc. These are the creme de la creme when it comes to luxury watches and the price is definitely going to be a lot higher as well.

But the craftsmanship in these watches are also going to last for years to come! Whereas with a regular watch you might still have a brand name with Nike or Fossil, but chances are the watch will be made out of cheaper materials. Remember, cheaper doesn't necessarily mean lower in quality, it simply means they might choose to use plastic or PVC instead of stainless steel and diamonds! These are also going to be less in price, but they also might not last as long either. Also, when you buy watches you have to consider what the watch is going to go through when it’s involved in your type of lifestyle.

Someone might be able to afford a Cartier, but they might want something a little less "dainty" and a little more durable like that of the Chase Durer watches or Techno Marine. These are still awesome watches, they simply are going to be made for use and function rather than aesthetically pleasing beautifications like a Cartier watch!
